ERROR:
When creating a permission form it is causing an error
RESPONSE:
If the text was copied and pasted into either the name of the item or description, it can sometimes create odd characters which will cause an error to happen in Internet Explorer 11.
View the content in edit mode and remove/replace any odd characters. The symbols < > are not allowed and will also cause an error.
