Can an item be created in multiple school years?
RESPONSE:
It is best to set up items in the school year they are to be used.
Crossover is possible, with the understanding that
- previous year (optional) items won't be available in the SchoolCash Register, but can still be paid online.
- Items will continue to be available online; however, once the SchoolCash Catalog rollover happens, only items with Required attachments would be available in the Register.
District Users - Look into setup of Multiple Year Catalog
- allows for an item to be created in the current year
- with a second item created in the next school year
