School Cash Catalog:

Fixed an issue where the user would get an error message when trying to run the batch report for certain batches.
Fixed an issue in the batch report for Boards who turn off Auto Cost Recovery. When you select a year with Cost Recovery, the Cost Recovery option will be shown under the bank account drop-down box.
