SchoolCash Catalog:

Added a report 'Pending Register Transactions Report' to list all outstanding closeouts and group collections in the register (DBK-540).
Added the Board name to the school list on the Initiative's Link page (DBK-575).
For Boards with Transaction Fees, the Item Order report will now have two additional columns: 'Paid Rounding' and 'Paid Transaction Fee' (SHOP-328).
