The preference center link is at the bottom of all KEV newsletters, updates and communications.
Click on the link and it opens the preference center (see image below).
To set YOUR preferences you MUST be opening the link in an email that was sent to YOU.
IF you are NOT receiving KEV communication, check your clutter or spam.
If you have set your preferences and you are STILL not receiving our correspondence, we suggest you reach out to your district IT staff, so they can ensure KEV is on the district's trusted senders email list.
To receive all KEV correspondence, you will need to accept emails from the following addresses:

- letstalk@kevgroup.com
- webinars@kevgroup.com
- marketing@kevgroup.com
- helpdesk@kevgroup.com
If at some point you had previously decided you did not want to receive email notifications, including upcoming events and new features, you may have “opted out”.
If the case where you have previously "opted out", please email your Customer Success Manager to confirm you want to “opt in” to reestablish the receipt of KEV news and communication.
