Introduction

Welcome to the Merchant Dashboard Quick Feature Guide. This guide is designed to help you navigate and utilize the features of the Merchant Dashboard effectively. The Merchant Dashboard allows you to manage your transactions, batches, funding, authorizations, disputes, and statements all in one place.


Home Page

The home page provides a snapshot of your business's performance metrics. Here are the key features:

  • Year to Date, Month to Date, and Most Recent Day Volume: Quick view of your business's transaction volumes.
  • Last 5 Batches: Overview of the five most recent batches processed.
  • Last 5 Funding Events: Summary of the latest funding events.


The toolbar helps you navigate through various sections of the dashboard:

  • Transactions: View and manage all transactions.
  • Authorizations: Access details of transaction authorizations.
  • Batches: Overview and details of all batches processed.
  • Funding: Information on funding events.
  • Disputes: Manage and track dispute cases.
  • Statements: Access your statements.
  • Support: Get help and view tutorial videos.
  • Admin Portal: Administrative tasks and settings.


Location Display Options

You can customize the view of your dashboard by selecting specific locations and creating groups for quick access:

  • Selecting Locations: Choose which locations' data to display.
  • Creating Groups: Organize locations into groups for easier management.


Funding

The Funding section provides a summary and detailed view of your funding events:

  • Funding Summary: Overview of fees, chargebacks, adjustments, net funding, and gross funding.
  • All Funding Events: Detailed list of all funding events with options to filter, export to CSV, and customize views.


Batches

In the Batches section you can view all batches and terminal IDs for the current month:

  • Batch Details: Access all data within each batch including card details, amounts, card types, and transaction dates.

  • Customization Options: Filter, export to CSV, and select specific columns to display.


Transactions

The Transactions section lists all transactions for the current month:

  • Transaction Details: View detailed information for each transaction.
  • Customization Options: Filter, export to CSV, and select specific columns to display.


Self-Serve Features

Business owners have Merchant Admin rights allowing them to:

  • Create and Manage Sub Users: Control access and permissions for sub-users.
  • Decide on Locations and Permissions: Specify which locations and data sub-users can view.


Disputes

The Disputes section helps you manage all disputes for the current month with options to filter for other dates:

  • Dispute Details: Provides dates, case numbers, ARN numbers, reason codes, and descriptions.
  • Upcoming Features: Ability to upload supporting documents and text for chargebacks (Phase 2).


Notifications

Owners can enable email notifications for themselves and sub-users:

  • Batch Closures: Receive notifications when a batch closes.
  • Chargebacks: Get notified when a chargeback is issued.
  • Funding Received: Alerts for received funds.
