Ordering Additional Devices

Ordering additional devices is quick and easy. Simply contact your CSM with the number of devices you’d like to order, and they will get in touch with a new SOW. New devices can be shipped as quickly as 3-5 business days.

Steps to Order Additional Devices

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) with your device requirements.
  2. Review the Statement of Work (SOW) provided by the CSM.
  3. Approve the SOW and place your order.
  4. Receive and set up your new devices.
