This article explains how to create an item with options and choices using the SchoolCash Catalog. An example for a Poinsettia Fundraiser is included to demonstrate the process.
Steps to Create an Item with Options and Choices
- Go to SchoolCash Catalog > List of Items.
- Click the New Item button.
- Follow the same steps as creating a basic item until you reach the Extras section to enter options and choices.
Example: Poinsettia Fundraiser
The following example demonstrates how to create an item for a Poinsettia Fundraiser. Set the Limit Per Student to Unlimited so purchasers can buy as many as they like. Use a Minimum/Maximum of 1:1 to guide purchasing instructions, as shown below:
To purchase, select the first color/size, quantity, and add it to the cart. Repeat these steps for all selections before completing payment.
