Due to the unusual volume of refunds linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, SchoolCash Online was initiating an excessive number of refund-related emails to parent/guardian and school users that caused a backlog of unsent emails.
Our development team has made the necessary changes to identify and resolve this issue.
As of this morning (April 15th), the System had caught up and is processing all emails without delay.
