QUESTION:
What is the process to activate the "Who are you purchasing for" field?
RESPONSE:
This line and field appear for an item that is created as "Unlisted" or "Public".
The purpose is to allow the purchaser the opportunity to enter a name of the individual it is intended for in the school, or the name of whomever is picking the item up.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Uncheck the checkbox beside "Myself". This will activate the "Who are you purchasing for" field.
- Enter the recipient's name in the following format:
- LastName, FirstName
Why this format?
It will sort then by the first letter of that field entry and it would probably be helpful to you when distributing.
