Introduction
In Merchant Dashboard, you can easily update your name, email address, and phone number. This article explains how to find the Account Settings and modify these details.
Updating Your Account Settings
- Log on to Merchant Dashboard.
- In the upper right, select your name > Account Settings.
The Account Settings page appears from the right side of your screen. - Update your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
Note: Account Role and User Status can only be updated by an administrator. - Select Submit to save your changes.
Additional Information
The email address of the account owner cannot be updated at this time. For assistance, contact KEV Support or your District Contact.
