In Merchant Dashboard, you can easily update your name, email address, and phone number. This article explains how to find the Account Settings and modify these details.
Updating Your Account Settings
- Log on to Merchant Dashboard.
- In the upper right, select your name > Account Settings.
The Account Settings page appears from the right side of your screen.
- Update your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
Note: Account Role and User Status can only be updated by an administrator.
- Select Submit to save your changes.
Additional Information
The email address of the account owner cannot be updated at this time. For assistance, contact KEV Support or your District Contact.
