Setup Requirements – SchoolCash Accounting

  1. Add the District as a school 
  2. Create required categories
  1. SCO Transaction Fees
  2. SCO Rounding
  3. Cash Over/Under
  1. Create GL Department/GL Name if applicable
  1. SCO Transaction Fees
  2. SCO Rounding
  3. Cash Over/Under
  1. Create minimum 1 additional category to assign items to
  2. Recommended Category Umbrella Type should be Board Funds/Do Not Include

 

 

Setup Requirements – SchoolFunds Online 

  1. Add the District as a school 
  2. Create required accounts
  1. SCO Transaction Fees
  2. SCO Rounding
  3. Cash Over/Under

        3.   Create Categories if applicable

  1. SCO Transaction Fees
  2. SCO Rounding
  3. Cash Over/Under

        4. Enable – Do Not Include in Consolidated Reporting for the revenue not to be included with school revenue
