To close a SchoolFunds Online (SFO)-only school account, update the demographic settings from within SFO. These steps mark the account inactive without affecting District Admin access.
Steps to Make an SFO School Inactive
- Go to Demographics in SFO, located under Admin > Schools.
- Click the selected school so it appears at the top of the screen. Set Admin-Schools status to Inactive, then click Update. This change takes effect immediately.
- Select Exclude from Consolidated Reports. This change takes effect for the next school year, then press Update.
Note
District Admin users continue to have access to the school account after it is marked inactive.
Additional Step for SCO Users
If the school also uses SchoolCash Online (SCO), contact KEV Support to remove the school from the SCO school dropdown list.
