What should I do when I receive a notification of a rejected online payment?


KEV has already 

  1. notified the parent
  2. reattached the item and 
  3. marked it as ‘Rejected’

The item is now available for repayment on SchoolCash Online.

NOTE: It is possible for the parent to come to the school. Payment is made through SchoolCash Register.  

Payments accepted through SchoolCash Register are automatically updated on SchoolCash Online accounts.
