Districts receive notification for any chargebacks, just as you do for SchoolCash Online transactions. Please refer to our Chargebacks Guides below for step-by-step instructions on managing chargebacks through the SchoolCash platform.

Steps to Manage Chargebacks

1. Log in to your SchoolCash account.
2. Navigate to the Chargebacks section.
3. Review the details of the chargeback notification.
