QUESTION:
Transaction Type of Debit Memo was added incorrectly for a Service Charge.
It should have been recorded as Transaction Type of Service Charge.
How is this to be fixed?
RESPONSE:
1. The first record has been added and is cleared.

2. In order to reverse the original transaction, a second record with Transaction Type of Debit Memo is added. The difference is that the Debit amount is to be recorded as a negative amount (see example)
