Should this item be set up as one item listing all the clubs or multiple items?

BEST PRACTICE:

It is always best to create a separate item for each club.

However, if the fee is the same for every club you can create one item with a select a club option, followed by the club choices, follow the setup noted below.

Create the item late fall, early winter in order to generate large attendance.

Item Name

Replace the generic item name Do not begin the name with the school name, date or grade. A best practice would be to include the most important information in the first 32 characters.

Content Section
Description	(Replace the words in uppercase with your item information.) We are excited to welcome your child.  We have numerous activities and events planned. All club members are required to pay a fee.
Base Price	(Change/Enter Price) This price is the same for ALL clubs
Option 1 Name & Description	Option Name suggestion CLUB OPPORTUNITIES Option Description - Select the club your child has joined.
Choice Name & Price	(Replace the words in uppercase with your choice information) CLUB 1    (no extra price, price is in the base cost)    CLUB 2    (no extra price, price is in the base cost)  CLUB 3    (no extra price, price is in the base cost   (repeat until all clubs are added)
Settings	Min  (Minimum Choice Selection)   set to 1 Max (Maximum Choice Selection)  set to  1 This minimum and maximum setup forces the parent to make a choice of one club. When Previewing, notice there are circles beside the choices.
