Overview
Record periodic interest and reconcile the Investment bank account monthly.
Steps
- Choose the Investment bank account from your school list drop down.
- From the General tab, open Reconciliation and enter the Ending Bank Balance from the investment account bank statement.
- Open the Add Record tab and post interest using the Investment Interest category.
- Finish and sign off the reconciliation.
Outcome
Interest is recorded and the Investment account is reconciled for the period.
