Overview

If checks do not appear on the one-page bank deposit form, the Quick Print setting may be configured to separate cash and checks into different pages.

Steps

  1. From the Quick Print options, check whether the setting to separate cash and checks is selected.
  2. If selected, checks will appear on a separate page from cash on the one-page bank deposit form.
  3. To have both cash and checks appear on the same one-page printout, de-select the separation option.

Outcome

Cash and checks display together on a single one-page bank deposit form, unless you choose to separate them.

Troubleshooting

  • Checks missing from deposit form - Confirm the separation option is not enabled in Quick Print.
  • Still printing separately - Recheck print settings and ensure changes are saved before reprinting.
