Overview
If checks do not appear on the one-page bank deposit form, the Quick Print setting may be configured to separate cash and checks into different pages.
Steps
- From the Quick Print options, check whether the setting to separate cash and checks is selected.
- If selected, checks will appear on a separate page from cash on the one-page bank deposit form.
- To have both cash and checks appear on the same one-page printout, de-select the separation option.
Outcome
Cash and checks display together on a single one-page bank deposit form, unless you choose to separate them.
Troubleshooting
- Checks missing from deposit form - Confirm the separation option is not enabled in Quick Print.
- Still printing separately - Recheck print settings and ensure changes are saved before reprinting.
