QUESTION:
Can I copy a new category to all bank accounts?
INFORMATION:
Only a district administrator is able to create a new category and copy it to all bank accounts.
PROCESS:
From Main Menu > Category (Chart of Accounts)
PROCESS:
1. Select Category to copy to all bank accounts
2. Click Copy To All Bank Accounts button, bottom right-hand corner of the screen
3. Confirmation message will display:
a. Select OK to complete the copy to all bank accounts
b. Select Cancel if this step is incorrect
WARNING: If schools have more than one bank account and this category is only to be copied to specific bank accounts CANCEL, and add category manually to each bank account.
4. Information message will display indicating the selected category was successfully copied to all bank accounts
a. There is an opportunity to prevent this page from creating additional dialogues by selecting the checkbox
b. Whether user wants to see this page in future or not, user must select OK to complete the process
