Overview

Sometimes the POS device will stay on the connecting screen. To reconnect the KEV app follow the steps below: 

Steps

  1. Swipe Up from the bottom of the device.
  2. Select the square icon.
  3. Select the trash bin icon.

4. Select the KEV POS icon.


Outcome

The device will reconnect to the KEV application.


Troubleshooting

  • If the issue remains
    • check the Wi-Fi network connection
    • check SIM Card
