Overview
Sometimes the POS device will stay on the connecting screen. To reconnect the KEV app follow the steps below:
Steps
- Swipe Up from the bottom of the device.
- Select the square icon.
- Select the trash bin icon.

4. Select the KEV POS icon.

Outcome
The device will reconnect to the KEV application.
Troubleshooting
- If the issue remains
- check the Wi-Fi network connection
- check SIM Card
