How do I refund a Guest Checkout purchase?
RESPONSE:
Main Menu > SchoolCash Catalog
- Select the item to be refunded
- Click Refund button
- The payments available for refund will display.
- Guest Checkout Purchases are considered non-school or public purchases and display at the end of the list.
- Select the purchaser's name
- Enter the refund amount
- Enter a reason
- The refund will then be applied the way it was paid.
- For example, if they paid by credit card it will go back on the same credit card.
