Public Item Purchase Information

Creating public items is useful for offering items to anyone, anywhere, even if they do not have a child in the school or district. All they require is the SchoolCash Online URL for your district.

The purchaser can buy an item for themselves or enter a recipient name in ‘Who are you purchasing this for?’. Purchaser and recipient information appear on SchoolCash Catalog reports.

Reports with Public Item Purchase Information

Which SchoolCash Catalog reports provide public item purchase information?

  • Item Order, Item Option, and Payment Schedule.

Item Order and Item Option Reports:

  • The user must select an Item Name to access public purchase information.

  • Include Public Payments checkbox and public filters are available only after Item Name selection.

Payment Schedule Report

Payment Schedule Report:

  • Item Name selection is not required for Public Payments checkbox and public filters availability.
