Are rejection emails sent when a scheduled payment is rejected?
Scheduled Payment Paid by ECheck
Both the purchaser and the school/district would receive a rejection email for a rejected installment payment.
Scheduled Payment Paid by Credit Card
The purchaser would receive a rejection email for a rejected installment payment.
The school/district will not receive an email.
The rejection will be noted as Rejected on the Scheduled Payment Report.
NOTE: Using the Email reminder feature doesn't work in conjunction with the Scheduled Payment feature, as this feature has its own email functionality.
