Setting Balance Notifications

This feature allows users to receive notifications when balances meet certain threshold amounts. When the funds allocated to the user fall below this threshold, an email notification is automatically sent. Users can configure balance notifications for one or more students under their profile simultaneously.



Setting Up Auto Replenish

The Auto-Replenish feature enables users to set up recurring schedules for one or multiple students under their profile simultaneously. This setup allows users to automate the replenishment of funds based on predefined criteria, ensuring seamless management of student accounts. To initiate a schedule, SchoolCash Online requires the following criteria:

  • Threshold balance (must be greater than 0)
  • Schedule Period (options include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
  • Schedule Start Date
  • Schedule End Date (if applicable)
  • Replenishment Amount

A reminder email notification for an upcoming Auto Replenish payment is sent to the user with details and payment date.
