Overview
Configure cash drawers used in the SchoolCash Register.
Steps
- Under My School Information, go to Program Maintenance > Table Maintenance > SchoolCash Register Maintenance.
- Select a school from the Bank Account dropdown, then select the Cash Drawer you want to view or click New Cash Drawer to create an additional cash drawer for that school.
- When creating a New Cash Drawer, enter the Name of the cash drawer and Number (if needed), and the Category Name of your Over/Under category. Click Save Cash Drawer when finished.
Outcome
Cash drawers are ready for use at the school.
