Overview
Create or confirm umbrella types used for investment tracking. Use Investments for School Generated Funds (SGF) categories and Investment Principal for investment bank accounts.
Steps
- From the Main Menu, go to My School Information > Program Maintenance.
- Click Table Maintenance > Lookup Table Maintenance > Currency Presentation and Styles.
- Open the Category Umbrella Typestab and add the following if they are not present:
- Investments (used by SGF)
- Investment Principal (used by investment bank accounts)
- Click Save.
Outcome
Umbrella types for investments are available to assign in SGF and investment bank accounts.
