Overview
If you receive an application error and are logged out when adding a record in the Reconciliation or Ledger Inquire modules, the issue is likely caused by entering too many digits in the transaction number field. The system supports a maximum of 10 numerical digits.
Steps
- Enter the transaction number with no more than 10 digits.
- Save the record as usual.
Outcome
The record is saved successfully without triggering an application error or logging you out.
Troubleshooting
- If you are still logged out after entering fewer than 10 digits, confirm you entered only numbers without extra spaces or characters.
- If errors continue, clear your cache and try again.
