Overview

If you receive an application error and are logged out when adding a record in the Reconciliation or Ledger Inquire modules, the issue is likely caused by entering too many digits in the transaction number field. The system supports a maximum of 10 numerical digits. 

Steps

  1. Enter the transaction number with no more than 10 digits.
  2. Save the record as usual.

Outcome

The record is saved successfully without triggering an application error or logging you out.

Troubleshooting

  • If you are still logged out after entering fewer than 10 digits, confirm you entered only numbers without extra spaces or characters.
  • If errors continue, clear your cache and try again.
  • If the problem persists, contact the KEV Support team for assistance.
