Verify Investment balances on standard reports.
Steps
- Report #8 – Trial Balance (Category Reports) with the School-Wide option to see opening balance, revenues (interest), and current balance by bank account.
- Report #10 – Trial Balance (Umbrella Date Range) to view totals by umbrella, including Investments.
- Report #18 – Statement of Financial Position and Schedule of School Activities Fund to confirm presentation of Investments and interest.
Outcome
Investment principal and interest can be reviewed and verified in school and district reports.
