Overview

This article explains how SchoolFunds Online users can order SchoolCash supplies through the online supplies site.


You can log in to supplies.schoolcash.com, choose your country, and create a user account if you do not already have one.


The site allows you to order checks, receipts, deposit supplies, envelopes, endorsement stamps, thermal POS rolls, and other paper forms and supplies.


Before you begin


  • Create a user account at supplies.schoolcash.com if you do not already have one.
  • First orders for checks and deposits require a sample upload.
  • A school logo can be added to your forms at no additional cost and is formatted as a grayscale image.


Ordering information

Placing your order

  1. Go to supplies.schoolcash.com.
  2. Register as a new user, if needed.
  3. Log in and choose from the available products.
  4. Customize the product with your school’s information.
    • The virtual proof updates as you type in the fields so you can see how your paper form will look.
  5. When you are satisfied with the proof, choose your quantity and add the item to the cart.

Banking information

  • First orders for checks and deposits require a sample upload.
  • Upload a scanned copy of your current check or deposit so the routing number and account number, shown in the MICR line, can be reviewed.
  • A MICR specification sheet from the bank can also be used.
  • This is required only for the first order so the proper placement of the magnetic ink printed on your forms can be set up correctly for bank scanning.

Purchase order

  • Purchase orders are accepted.
  • Provide the purchase order information during checkout, including the billing address and purchase order number.
  • You can save your cart for later if you need the pricing information to generate your PO.

Shipping cost

A shipping calculator is available on the checkout screen so you can see the shipping cost before placing your order.


Credit card payments

  • You can pay directly with your credit card at checkout.
  • An order confirmation is sent to your email.

Packaging options

  • Packaging options are available based on your printer feed.

Logos

  • A school logo can be added to your forms at no additional cost.
  • The logo is formatted as a grayscale image.
  • When you upload the logo, you have the option to save it to your library.
  • Stock logos are also available.

Thermal POS rolls

This product is available only for customers who are using SchoolCash POS devices.

The secure check offers a distinctive design and provides security features to help protect against fraud.

The heat-sensitive keyhole thermochromic icon and chemical wash warning box are two of the many security features included on these checks.

Laser receipts

Two-part numbered laser receipts have a perforation in the middle, providing an official receipt and an office copy.

Your receipts can be printed with your school logo or one of the stock logos at no extra charge.

Deposit supplies

3 Part Laser Deposit Ticket (DT333)

  • The three-part laser deposit ticket is pre-printed with your school’s MICR account information.
  • When the deposit ticket is printed from your SchoolFunds Online program, three copies are produced: one for the bank, one for your office, and one extra copy for other needs.
  • Schools that have switched to this automated deposit ticket have said it is a significant time saver.

2 Part Manual Entry Laser Deposit Tickets (DT111)

  • The top portion of the two-part deposit ticket is pre-printed with MICR account information that can be scanned by your bank.
  • The bottom portion is the office copy and prints with a deposit summary.

New orders: Provide a copy of a current deposit slip for formatting or a MICR bank specification sheet.


Booked Deposit Tickets (DT100)

Write-on deposit slips are two-part, carbonless, and bound with fifty sets per book.

Endorsement stamps and envelopes

#10 Envelope (ENV100)

These envelopes are self-seal with no windows. Ink color options are black, red, blue, or green.

SchoolFunds Check Compatible Envelope (ENV888)

The double-window self-seal envelope is designed to show the mail-to and return address through the window when used with SchoolFunds secure or hologram checks.

You can choose from the stock logos or upload your custom school mascot or logo for free.
