QUESTION:
Why can’t I see receipts for some payments?
RESPONSE:
Receipts for online payments are not available in School Cash.
Only the parent would have access to the receipts through his/her School Cash Online account.
The Item Attachment Report in the School Cash Catalog shows all payments made (whether online or through the School Cash Register).
NOTE: Batch report displays the School Cash Online Receipt Number.
Steps to Generate Item Attachment Report:
From Main Menu > My School Store > School Cash Catalog
- Click Reports
- Select Item Attachment Report
- Enter required filter options
- Click Generate
