RESPONSE:
It is not possible to modify a refund.
REGISTER IS CLOSED OUT - PROCESS:
The deposit will need to be modified once it's been added to the ledger.
REGISTER IS NOT CLOSED OUT - PROCESS:
- if the register is not closed out
- reattach the item to the student that was incorrectly refunded
- apply the correct payment via credit card so it doesn't affect the deposit
- refund correct student
