Overview
The Forms Report includes Student Grade and Homeroom in the exported Excel and PDF files.
Districts often require student information such as grade and homeroom. This enhancement makes that information available directly in the Forms Report exports.
Before you begin This enhancement applies to the exported Excel and PDF versions of the Forms Report.
View student grade and homeroom in the Forms Report
- Run the Forms Report.
- Export the report as an Excel file or a PDF file.
- Open the exported file.
- Review the report for the Student Grade and Homeroom information.
What is included in the export
The exported Forms Report now includes:
- Student Grade
- Homeroom
This information is available in both:
- Excel file exports
- PDF file exports
Outcome
You can export the Forms Report and view Student Grade and Homeroom information in both the Excel and PDF file formats.
Troubleshooting
- You do not see Student Grade or Homeroom in the report - Make sure you are reviewing the exported Excel or PDF version of the Forms Report.
- You are reviewing a different report - This enhancement applies specifically to the Forms Report.
- You expected the information in only one format - This enhancement applies to both Excel and PDF exports.
