Overview

The Tap Card feature allows users to complete payments quickly and securely using contactless credit cards. This feature is designed for ease of use and helps streamline the payment process on compatible devices.

Steps

  1. When prompted to make a payment, ensure the device is ready to accept tap transactions.
  2. Hold the contactless credit card close to the front of the device, near the area where the receipt prints out. 
  3. Do not tap on the top portion of the device where the display screen is located, as this area does not register tap payments. 
  4. Wait for the device to confirm the transaction with an on-screen message or audible tone.

Outcome

Once the card has been tapped correctly, the payment will be processed instantly, and a confirmation message or printed receipt will appear. The transaction will complete efficiently, minimizing errors and improving the customer experience.
