QUESTION:

Why can I not see a public item available for refund in the list?


RESPONSE:

A refund can only be issued on a paid item in the year that the fee was created. 


The fee may have been created in the previous school year, if so, it will not appear in the current year's drop-down.

 

A check will have to be issued manually in SchoolCash Accounting to refund the purchaser.
