Ordering Info
Placing Your Order
Visit supplies.schoolcash.com to register as a new user. Once logged in you simply choose from the available products and customize with your school’s information. The virtual proof will update as you type in the fields, so you can see how your paper form will look. Once satisfied with your proof choose your quantity and add the item to the cart.
Banking Information
First orders for checks and deposits will require a sample upload. Please upload a scanned copy of your current check or deposit, so we can see the routing and account number (MICR line). We also can use a MICR specification sheet from the bank. This will only be required for the first order, to ensure the proper placement of the magnetic ink printed on your forms so they scan at the bank.
Purchase Order
We do accept purchase orders. Please provide the purchase order information during check out, including the billing address and purchase order number. You can save your cart for later if you need the pricing information to generate your PO.
Shipping Cost
A shipping calculator is on the checkout screen, this shows you the shipping cost before placing your order.
Credit Card Payments
You have the option at checkout to pay directly with your credit card, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
Packaging Options (based on your printer feed)
Logos
A school logo can be added to your forms at no addition cost. The logo will be formatted as a grayscale image. When you upload the logo, you have the option to save it to your library. We also offer many stock logos to choose from.
