My course attachment no longer displays any students attached to the item, why?


Something may have changed in the uploaded Scheduling data. If any of the following fields change in the Scheduling Student Information System (SIS) file, that is uploaded nightly, a new course is created and the attachments will drop:

  •  Course_Code
  •  Course_Code_Section
  •  Course_Semester
  •  Course_Term

NOTE:  The item will need to be attached to the course again. It may be necessary to consult your Student Information, IT contact.
