Manage Attachments and Change Optional or Required attachments.

Review the required attachments in the Manage Attachments window. Students with an "*" beside their name, this indicates the student has paid.

NOTE: If the item has a Limit Per Student set to Unlimited, best practice would be to change the Required attachment to an attachment of Optional.
