Which report provides information indicating who purchased a specific item, example a year book. I want to see everyone that is going to receive one so it could be fully paid or a portion waived or fully waived. The balance owing would be 0.00.  


The easiest way to generate that type of report is to select a report with the Show filter of All selected. 

The report can be exported as a CSV and filter many different ways using Excel (for example, filter on the Owing = $0.00 to find who is accounted for, whether it's paid, waived, etc.).
