Overview
This article explains which history reports are available in SchoolCash Accounting (SCA) and what they are used for.
Details
The following reports can be selected when reviewing historical records:
- Report 1 — Detailed Category Summary (All Transactions) - This is a good report to produce for staff. Shows all transactions that have occurred in a category in the current school year.
- Report 2 — Detailed Category Summary (Select Date Range) - This is a good report to produce for staff. Shows all transactions in a category that have occurred within the selected date range.
- Report 3 — Detailed Umbrella Category Summary
- Report 9 — Trial Balance (Category Date Range) - A summary of transaction totals for each category within a specified date range. Can be generated to include encumbrances if you use the Purchase Order module.
- Report 10 — Trial Balance (Umbrella Date Range) - A summary of transaction totals for each category within a specified date range. Report is sorted by Umbrella Name.
- Report 11 — Customized Transaction Report - This report provides the user the ability to choose various filters and sort options.
- Report 11L — Reprint Monthly Bank Reconciliation Overview of Categories
- Report 13 — Transfer Report - A listing of all transfers that have been completed within a specified date range.
- Report 14 — Tax Rebate Reports for Board Submission - Canadian districts only.
- Report 15 — Modified Transactions Listing Audit Trail - Shows details of all transactions that have been modified within a specified date range.
- Report 18 — Government Reports - There are 3 reports that can be generated depending on your needs; Schedule of School Activities Fund, School Funds Government Report Schedule - Schedule E, and School Funds Government Report - Schedule 14 (Ontario, Canada only).

You can identify which history reports are available and select the one best suited to your reporting needs.
Troubleshooting
- If a report is unavailable, confirm your role has permission to access history reports.
- If reports fail to load, refresh the My Reports menu or log out and log back in.
