Payment Action Defaults to Full Payment


These are the Payment Action options available through SchoolCash Register

  • Full – total cost will be charged
  • Partial – enter a portion of the current charge
  • Waive – enter waived amount, i.e. if school is paying part of the fee of a field trip
  • Void – enter reason, for example if you added a lost book and the book was found
    • displays on the SchoolCash Register item history tab
  • Delete – if the item was attached to student in error – enter reason
    • displays on the SchoolCash Register item history tab
