Payment Action Defaults to Full Payment
These are the Payment Action options available through SchoolCash Register
- Full – total cost will be charged
- Partial – enter a portion of the current charge
- Waive – enter waived amount, i.e. if school is paying part of the fee of a field trip
- Void – enter reason, for example if you added a lost book and the book was found
- displays on the SchoolCash Register item history tab
- Delete – if the item was attached to student in error – enter reason
- displays on the SchoolCash Register item history tab
