Introduction

This article outlines how to schedule and access an Item Attachment, Order, and Option Report using the following methods:

  • Via email from SchoolCash
  • Via a secure location for a third-party system

How to Schedule an Item Attachment, Order, and Option Report via Email

These reports can be scheduled to generate daily using the Saved Report and Subscribe feature in SchoolCash. This allows users to receive the report directly to their email without manual generation.

Once generated, the recipient will receive an email notification with access to the report.

Steps to Schedule

  1. In the SchoolCash Catalog Reports dropdown menu, select Saved Reports.

  2. Identify the report to schedule and press Subscribe.
  3. Enter the email addresses in the Recipients Email Address field, separated by semicolons.
  4. Choose the desired time (local time).
  5. Press Save.

Steps to Unsubscribe

  1. On the Saved Report, select View.

How to Access Reports via Email

Once a report is scheduled, the recipient(s) receive a daily email notification with a link to access the report. To download the report:

  1. Click the "Download Report" link in the email.
  2. Log into SchoolCash to complete the download for security purposes.

How to Schedule Reports for Third-Party Access

Reports can also be stored in a secure location for automatic access by third-party systems without needing manual downloads.
