RESPONSE:

Accept a partial payment for a student 

  1. Payment Action, select Partial Payment option

  2. Current Charges is the partial payment amount

  3. Comments are not required


d. Balance Owed will display on School Cash Online for the parent


The school may choose to waive a portion of a fee and have the parent pay remainder. This may result in a parent coming to school to pay their portion (what may be considered a partial payment).
