Overview

View, navigate, and sort your supplier list, including changing how many records display per page.

Steps

  1. From the Main Menu, go to My School Information > Supplier/Vendor Maintenance.
  2. To change how many records show, click Change Paper Size, enter a number, then click Save.
  3. To sort the list, click the List View tab, then click any column heading. Click once for ascending and again for descending.
  4. Use the scroll icons on the toolbar to move through the list and view the Record Indicator for totals.

Outcome

Your supplier list displays the number of records you chose and is sorted by the column you selected.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot see enough rows - Increase the count with Change Paper Size and click Save.
  • Sorting is not changing - Make sure you are on the List View tab and click the column heading again to toggle the order.
