Overview

Configure cash drawers used in the SchoolCash Register.

Steps

  1. Under My School Information, go to Program Maintenance > Table Maintenance > SchoolCash Register Maintenance.
  2. Select a school from the Bank Account dropdown, then select the Cash Drawer you want to view or click New Cash Drawer to create an additional cash drawer for that school.
  3. When creating a New Cash Drawer, enter the Name of the cash drawer and Number (if needed), and the Category Name of your Over/Under category.  Click Save Cash Drawer when finished.

Outcome

Cash drawers are ready for use at the school.
