Overview

Generate the two mandatory year-end reports, Statement of Financial Position and Schedule of School Activities Fund, and record values on the verification sheet.

Steps

  1. Select Option 1 and click Continue to create the Statement of Financial Position. Record Cash & Cash Equivalents, Investments, and Total Financial Assets.
  2. Click Continue to generate the Schedule of School Activities Fund. Record Revenues, Expenditures, and Closing Balance.

Outcome

Both reports are printed and key figures are captured.
