Why does a $0 item, which is paid and claimed, show with an eCheck or Credit Card payment?

RESPONSE:
A payment method must be selected upon SchoolCash Register and SchoolCash Online checkout, even though the cost is $0.00. The payment selection triggers a program confirmation the item has been claimed.
