Increase the adoption of SchoolCash Online (SCO) in your district by giving parents and guardians the choice of being communicated to in the language of their preference. Parents and guardians can now choose to receive all communications, including new item alerts, reminders, and receipts in English, French, or Spanish.
To update email notifications:
Desktop View
At the top right of the SCO account, click on “My Account” in the menu and then “Manage Email Notifications”.
Mobile View
In the top left of the SCO account, click on the three-line menu and then “My Account”. Then click on “Manage Email Notifications”.
When “Manage Email Notifications” is selected, parents/guardians will be directed to a new page “Change Email Notifications”. In the “Preferred Language for Emails” dropdown, they can select English, French, or Spanish (“Español”).
Clicking “Change” will confirm the change. Parents/guardians can also select their preferred language when they first set up their SCO email account.
