Overview

Report #9 produces a trial balance for all categories within a selected date range. It summarizes debits, credits, and balances for auditing and reconciliation purposes.

Steps

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Reports > View All.
  2. In the School Reports column, select Report #9 – Trial Balance.
  3. Enter the date range.
  4. Click Generate to produce the report.

Outcome

The report lists balances for all categories, grouped by debits and credits.
