Overview

You can add a school or district logo to NSF notices so that communications to parents and guardians are properly branded.


Before you begin


  • Logo file requirements: JPG or PNG format, 117 × 88 pixels, no larger than 100 KB.


Steps

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Income > Non Sufficient Funds.
  2. Click Edit NSF Notice Text.
  3. In the Logo section, click Browse to locate the image file on your computer.
  4. Navigate to the folder with the required logo and select it.
  5. Click Open. The file path appears in the Browse field.
  6. Click Submit to upload the logo into the placeholder on the NSF notice.

Note: If the logo does not meet the file requirements, the system displays a warning message.

Outcome

The selected logo is uploaded and appears on all NSF notices.

Troubleshooting

  • If the logo does not upload, confirm that the file meets the size and format requirements.
  • If the image appears distorted, verify that the dimensions are exactly 117 × 88 pixels.
  • If the Browse button is unresponsive, try a different browser or clear your cache.
